• Initiated and designed department systems & processes improvements, working with leadership and key stakeholders across five departments, designing and delivering training to over 125 employees in-person and remotely (via web); saved the department over $100K/year ongoing
• Wrote and designed a presentation that secured funding for the third season of the short-form program EL PERRO Y EL GATO, which had been previously canceled
• Developed key presentation and analysis for the Head of Department (SVP) regarding internal advancement trends, leading to a department-wide reorganization
